3:02 AM sn is love. <3> yeaaa, i finally took my camera out of my bag! so i uploaded the tribers outing to thai express pictures =DD and our lovely krispy kreme! =DD  and yea, no more photo links! =(((( not for the time being, i guess. so pretty girls, if you need the photos, get them from me =DDD and yawns, mugging sucks. each time mugging break kicks in, i feel extremely sleepy. i keep yawning and yawning. and sleeping! taking countless naps(which aren't that short) and eats up my mugging time. and i start reading everyone's blog, and online shopping. online shopping is a disaster!! i used to save up my shopping fund for post-exams activities in the past, but it's not possible anymore with online shopping. =DDD but dont you feel happy being able to shop in the middle of the night? when mugging's totally gross and boring =( hahah =DDD and the weather's pretty nice today, it's not that sunny and humid =D it's nice and cooling, i wonder if it'd rain later on. rain's good when you're nor going out. =DDD hohoho, this post is full of random anything. i'm just blabbering on and typing them down. =x hahaha. =p

9:48 PM when i was just a little girl, i asked my mother what would i be. hahaha, when we were young, many of us always asked our parents what would we be like when we grow older. but i remember i always asked my mom, what was her childhood dream. because to me, i always felt that she's a smart lady, but she gave up a lot for the family, being a homemaker in the end. so i had always been interested in what she would have done if she gone on to start her own career instead. she told me that she'd always wanted to be a teacher. well, suits her though =))) she's quite patient, hahaha. and she doesnt quite give up on me, when i ruin her kitchen in her attempt to teach me to bake/cook. (you know what i'm like). and i thought of this because i saw 3 primary school kids on my way home today. and they were irritating in a cute way. they were discussing about what they want to be when they grow up. one of them spoke in an adultish way, "you know, creative's the way for me." hahaha, haha and so her friend told her, "oh, then you should start going media, like medicorp. you know (someone) wants to follow in mom's footsteps, and blah blah blah..." hahahaha. it's so interesting to hear them talk in a childish, yet mature way. and so i started thinking, what was my childhood dream. hmmm, it was never quite that of being a doctor. i think most of us in it now hasn't thought of being a doctor when we were young. we had very different aspirations back then. i think, i wanted to be a teacher as well, or maybe something else, i cant quite remember actually. and in primary sch, we used to write essays on "wo de zhi yuan" like once a year, makes it seem like an annual event to review if our aspirations changed. hahaha, it's kind of funny. but to me, it's kind of a lie, those aren't exactly my true aspirations. most of the time, i cooked something up. like the job with the best aspects and most things to write about to fill up my zuo wen zhi so that i could hand it in. and im quite sure my ideal job changed everywhere. hahaha, when i enjoyed reading cleo so much, i thought it was great to be part of the cleo editoral team. but then, my gp sucks. =((( when i watched the hongkong tvb pilot show a couple of years back, i really wanted to work at changi airport. hahaha and when i watched greys and healing hands, im really glad that im in medicine. and right now, this show about lawyer's airing on cable, and i really think that the law industry's nice too. i think im worse than those primary school kids. easily affected by tv shows, which is bad, totally bad. but isn't it nice, to think back about 10 years ago. on what we really thought that we'd become now. when we were 9 or 10, in primary school. life wasn't that tough then, we played a lot. maybe it was tough for a 10year old. hahaha. 7:02 PM tired, sleepy, freaked out. that's exactly how i'm feeling now. im so tired because i slept only 2plus hours last night. went for a sleepover at lydia's. and i had to lose every single game(almost), henglip and ding were the next 2 swayers. hahaha. and i had to drink, drink vodka, drink water and not be able to pee, because i wanted to make the best use of my peeing card. totally retarded. and we had yummie donuts! from donut factory! kenneth, the mad man, queued for 2.5 hours!!! oh my gosh. and we watched this thriller, mind hunter i think. totally freaky!!! hahaha, i wanted to watch how to lose a guy in 10 days, and the guys didnt want, so =((((((. and im freaked out, physio results are out. lazy peishan was in sch till 4 plus okay!!! but then i was too lazy to go to the physio board because i predicted that the lazy physio dept wldn't be so efficient, but who knows! argh, im so tempted to go back and check. because i know i wont be able to sleep again if i dont know my grades. =((((( and the once in a while sadness is hitting me again. somehow, one month seems like a long time. one month of mugging, one month of getting over with, one month of crap, one month of nothingness, one month of anything. i want this one month to go away quickly, but i dont want this one month to pass by too. i dont know what's happening. i'm tired, i know i'm tired, and i shld go to bed, but maybe 7pm isn't exactly a time for bed. but what else. sighs. ignore me, im ranting yet again. 12:12 PM so i did watch the season finale of greys season 2 again. now i remember the entire episode. mcdog died, he died. mcdreamy asks addison to the prom, so mer goes with finn(stupid mcvet). and denny dies. =(((( and izzie wants to quit. haha, as if i didnt know that alr, i had to watch it again. =xxx and yea, the photos from yesterday, da mian yang, dont worry, i'd send them to you soon! =DDD hahaha, those pple at the x-men game! the game which i never understood =xxxx so i played daidee! =))))  hohoho! more girls came this time! but cindy and amanda left earlier =xxxx didnt take a girls photo with them! haha and the bottom right photo is hilarious, zhenwei was holding up some poker cards on my camera and the flash actually landed on the cards, hence the girls looked 'black' =xxxx  hahahaha. and we played indian poker! with the forfeit as stuffing cheezels in your mouth!!! hahaha. and mat, yus and i managed to scrape through with no cheezels in our mouth! =DDDD  hahahaha. the poor guys with tonnes and tonnes of cheezels! hahahahaha. and we had dinner at secret recipe =))))) yummmie foood.  hahahaha. and this is what the guys did to my phone while i was in the toilet. hahaha. to keep things simple, no names included! hahaha. but they're really lame! they even changed my wallpaper to a picture of themselves =xxxx  hahaha. what else can i say. =x  hahahaha yaay! and our group photo at damian's house =DDDD

3:39 PM making decisions. very often, we face the situation of making decisions. we stand at crossroads, thinking of which way we should go. and very often, we've already made a decision. or we think we have, but we keep it to ourselves and ask those around what we should do, hoping that they'd feel the same way as we do. but for problems that we can't consult anyone, we'll have to depend on ourselves. but sadly, when we face the consequences of the decision we've made, we often regret. thinking if the other option would have been better. could i have done it in any other way. should i have made the other choice. but most of the time, there's no turning back. the rewind button doesnt work. we dont have an hourglass that can turned around. we always ask ourselves, what if. what if we went the other way, what if we made the other choice. but seriously there's no if, the if situation will never happen. so we'll just give ourselves a bit of time to live with the decision we've made. we have to, anyway. 9:05 PM yaaay. chao mugger club met up! 11:39 PM well, at last, CA2s are OVER. hahahah, SPOTS concluded it all. well, all i can say is that the anatomy dept has become more hardworking then ever, creating all kinds of innovative questions that we've never ever seen before lahhh!!!! freak it man, i shan't think about it anymore! =)))))) hohohoh, and after spots, our anat group went down to vivo! hahahaha, we lunched, movie-d and toy-r-us-ed and marche-ed. hahahah, which was kind of high. =DDDDDD hahahaha, here are the silly things that we did! =DDDD we wore weird hats, played with childish swords, and looked a lego bundle packs! =D  and mr mathew yeo and mr zhang zhenwei tortured my best friend in toy-r-us, elmo. they hammered them many many many times. hahaha. and mathew was hitting prof wu too!! haha =D  hahah. and the happy ppple dined at marche!!! hohoho, but this marche's really small, with little selection of food. but my rosti was YUMMIE!! =D so was huipei's crepe! =DDDD  hohoohoh. and our group photos! this time round, i shrunk all of them into a collage. we look too tired to display them large!! haha =p  hahaha. and today, im so glad i have nothing to do. nothing at all. hahah. =DDDD it's a joy to slack! =D Tuesday, March 13, 2007

9:56 PM someone just told me a really good news, supposedly a really good news. but, gosh, i dont know why, i'm not happy about it at all. instead, i feel a little apprehensive on how i shld react to the news, so i told the person that i was busy mugging and we'll talk again. well, we'll see. ohh, and this song is playing on my itunes. haha, it's a beautiful song. it sounds like a sad song, but the words are nice. a touching song. =)))) i love it a lot.

4:55 PM you know, each time as CAs come closer, we freak out. we freak out at the stack of notes in front of us, the amount of reactions we have to commit to memories, the kind of questions that will appear, whether we've prepared enough and how will we fare at the end of the day. those worries make us doubt why we're doing this, why we're trying so hard and whether this is the right choice we've made, to stay in this long tedious journey. it's only going to get harder, im sure we all know that. are we going through this motion because we really want to, or because there's no other way out. the content is so dry and tedious that sometimes, many of us think if it's really worth it. but i guess it is, at the end of the day, i hope we all get what we want. and that our passion is still keeping us on the go. and find that everyday's a beautiful day to save lives. that would be nice. so well, i guess, we'll just have to mug hard and hang on. it'd be fine. =D Friday, March 09, 2007

9:00 PM hahahaha,the guys still haven't given up. after so many days of clincals being cancelled and our 2 friends' angry behaviour. they're still blaming it on the lack of testosterone in girls. haiyoh. GIRLS DONT NEED IT ALRIGHT! or else we'll end up ending hermaphrodites(which is beside the point). but the thing is, testosterone has an effect on agressive behaviour okay!!! so, damian and gerard, we dont need testosterone! seriously!!! hahahaha. enough talk about androgens, time for a better thing, for example, cortisol. im sure that its level is quite high now, that CAs are barely 2.5 days away. hahahaha. we shld really start talking normally soon. =))) okay. but i do like the song on damian's blog now. hahah, v grey's anatomy. didnt notice the song when i was watching it. OH! AND I GOT MY CYBERSHOT T10!!!! hahahaha, really wanted the white one! but it was out of stock. so i got the black one eventually. same one as gerard! hahaha. and how we have a bandwagon of T10s in the anatomy grp. gerard and i have the black one, and huipei has the white one! =)))) T10s are pretty things =)))))) and i officially declare myself broke. 6:56 PM hahaha. i just read damian's blog about what happened at TTSH yesterday. hahahahhaha. i cant believe what happened either. but well, it's typical of amanda and cindy for doing such stuff! hahahah, btw, most girls are peace-loving okay! haha, the rest of us waiting in nus were peace-loving at least. we didnt go berserk, or swear, or on the verge of tears. we were just pissed that we lost our dearest afternoon nap, but i did have a great time in school, sitting in the smelly seminar room and crapping away with the few of us left. seriously, only zhenwei and yijing were mugging. the rest of us opened our textbooks and talked non-stop. and yijing occassionally looked up and asked questions. some of which like ermmm, yijing, we can tell that you're under a lot of stress! hahhaha. but it was fun!! and p/s: retail therapy works!!! huipei got herself a bag from the sci bazaar after we knew that clincals were cancelled as a consolation for having wasted the afternoon! and seriously, i cant wait for next wednesday to come! because i haven't stepped into places like wisma for the whole of this sem (except when i met shuxx for cheryl's present, but then, there was only 5mins of shopping involved). im seriously going mad from all this mugging! =xxxx and i really really wanna watch r+j, i dont know why. but i want to!!! i think i've said it umpteen times, but i will say it AGAIN. i wanna watch r and j!!! 9:32 PM alright, i did say i was going to be angry for 10 days, or 20 days even. but im not angry anymore. which is good. hahahaha. and i nearly misplaced my tutorial booklet for head and neck WITH my sexual reproduction notes in it. im so glaaaaaaaad i found it!!!!! and mat yeo gave me a lift to school today so that i cld go look for my stuff early in the morning. and i was late =(( and the carpark barrier was down alr, im so sorry =xxxxx i'd be earlier the next time! anw! i got the stuff from j alr!!!! i really really really miss her!!! and her presents are so cute! and now i need to find a way to get them to the rest of the tribe! =x
so all in all, j bought us tonnes of stuff from london! the presents are GREAT! but i think all of us feel like the same way. we'd rather not have any presents, and have j here with us! to go back to sn and have orange bowl, ice-tea from uncle mobeen, and stoned in our pretty high-ceiling canteen! alrights, im off to mug!!!

5:12 PM hahaha. i was just talking to shihui, about her project. and she was telling me about this guy in her grp who's like whatever. and apparently he's really mean to one of our friends as well, and obviously he isnt a nice person, totally crap actually. so she was telling me, the next time he does something really evil, she wont be surprised if her fist was in his jaw (ouch=x), i told her mine too. since he's mean to 2 of my friends. but it seems like throwing heels at him is a better idea. okay, we do sound a little violent, but we're actually nice girls. haha dont worry =)))))

10:42 PM  hahaha! this is what my anat grp did today!!! we realised that that altas looks like yoda, so it's called the yoda vertebrae.the axis looks like the ice age thingy! look, it really does, like 101%!!!! the cervical vertebrae looks like an elephant! esp the spinous process part. the thoracic vertebrae looks like a giraffe!!! oh wowww. yayyy. and the lumbar one looks like the triceratops!! right right???? hahaha. for people who think we're mad. we think we're mad too, but it's a good way!!! it'd be funny if it comes out for spots! i think we'd stand there and start grinning really widely at the vertebrae!!! haha. and we told prof raj actually! hahaha. he was quite amused! =x p/s: the collage was done by zhiyong!!!!! he pieced the relevant pictures together and i koped it! hahaha. 11:24 PM yayys. it's yu sheng time for redhiding hoods! chao mugger club resumed business at ttt's house this week! hahaha, we ate tonnes of fruits and prata at his house, and well, mugged a little, that's a start. but silly mathew yeo pangseh-ed us!!!! how sad! =x nvm, =p. and we wanted to lao yu sheng! but we forgot, so ttt brought his yusheng thingy to sch! and redhidinghood lao-ed yu sheng after lectures on thursday!  yayyy, our yusheng in a tupper-ware! hahaha, no other container, that's why. hahaha =x and we lao-ed to no supps, and to no vivass!!! hahaha, and chao mugging, how typical of medical students. alright, we did say stuff like xin nian kuai le =)))
